6 blackberries - muddled

Fresh mint (small handful) - muddled

⅔ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (~1.5 juicy lemons)

1.5 T Honey Simple

2 droppers Lemon JÜJ

2 cups sparkling water
- lemon slices for garnish
How
Muddle berries and mint at the bottom of a glass, fill glass with remaining ingredients and pour over ice. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice
